The Sunscreen for Life team speaks at local area schools to spread awareness about skin cancer prevention and safe ways to be in the sun. Here in Los Angeles, the sun is a regular part of our daily lives, yet so many people are unaware of the proper precautions to take.

Research studies show that 80% of a person’s sun damage is acquired before they are 18 years old. This statistic means that skin cancer prevention and healthy sun habits should be emphasized at an earlier age.

Here at Sunscreen for Life, we seek to reach out to our future generations to promote the importance of sun safety, especially with regards to using the right sunscreen on a daily basis. We design fun, easy to understand presentations for kids in elementary school, middle school and even young adults in high school. There are so many ways to enjoy the sun without putting your skin at risk, and we are here to show you how! We are certain we can make you enthusiastic about sunscreen too!
